Fallon Health’s Kristine Bostek elected to National PACE Association Board of Directors
WORCESTER, Mass., Oct. 15, 2026 – Fallon Health today announced that Kristine Bostek, Senior Vice President and Chief PACE Programs Officer, has been elected to the National PACE Association (NPA) Board of Directors.
Bostek officially began her term this week during the 2026 NPA Annual Conference in Denver. In this role, she will help advance NPA’s work to strengthen and expand the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, commonly known as PACE, nationwide.
“PACE gives older adults with complex care needs the support and services they need to continue living in their homes and communities,” said Bostek. “I am honored to once again serve on the NPA Board and work alongside leaders from across the country to expand access to this important model of care. I look forward to sharing what we have learned at Fallon Health while continuing to learn from other PACE organizations.”
As Fallon Health’s Senior Vice President and Chief PACE Programs Officer, Bostek leads the organization’s PACE programs, including Summit ElderCare in Massachusetts and Fallon Health Weinberg-PACE in Western New York, overseeing growth, strategic partnerships, clinical operations, quality performance, and advocacy. Under her leadership, Fallon Health’s PACE program has grown to 8 locations and achieved the highest enrollment in its history, serving nearly 1,800 participants.
“Kris understands both the opportunities ahead for PACE and what it takes to deliver on its promise for participants and their families,” said Manny Lopes, President and CEO of Fallon Health. “She brings deep experience, a collaborative approach, and a real commitment to helping PACE grow and reach more people. I know she’ll bring an important perspective to the NPA Board.”
Bostek previously served on the NPA Board from 2021 to 2024 and as president of the Massachusetts PACE Association Board from 2022 to 2025. Her experience spans health care, insurance, and community-based organizations, with a focus on improving care for populations with complex needs.
