Today, the Center for State Policy Analysis (cSPA) at Tufts University's Jonathan M. Tisch College of Civic Life is launching a new MyBallot web app. It provides information about the 2026 Massachusetts ballot questions, lets voters store personal notes, and allows users to print or save their choices for use on election day.
The information in the app comes entirely from the nine ballot guides that cSPA released earlier this month.
"From the beginning, we worked to ensure that use of this app would be fully privacy-protecting," said Evan Horowitz, executive director of cSPA. "Your choices stay on your device, and never get stored anywhere else. There’s no account to set up or password to remember. It’s just an easy way for people to think through their personal choices—hence the MyBallot name."
Moving through the app is as simple as:
- Visiting MyBallot.Tufts.edu on your computer or phone
- Reading about each question, one by one
- Marking your choices
- Making notes for yourself along the way
- Printing a copy of your selections—or saving a picture to your phone

cSPA provides expert, nonpartisan analysis of legislative proposals and ballot questions in Massachusetts. It is based at Tufts University and supported by Tisch College along with a diverse group of funding sources from across the political spectrum.
