Clean Water Action and Clean Water Fund's Statement on EPA’s Proposal to Weaken Water Pollution Requirements for Coal Plants

Today, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released a proposed rule rolling back critical wastewater pollution standards for coal-fired power plants.

“Let’s be clear: this is a giveaway to the coal industry that will allow more toxic pollution into our waterways.
