Senator Warren Statement on February 2026 PCE

 

Washington, D.C. – United States Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Ranking Member of the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee released the following statement:

“Trump’s economic agenda is failing American families. Today’s data shows they paid more for food, transportation, and health care in February – and that’s before Trump dragged the United States into war with Iran. Since Trump’s war, Americans have already paid $8.4 billion more at the gas pump and more for everything from food to airfare.”
