THIS TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (reception to follow)

at the UMass Club, 1 Beacon St. (32nd floor), Boston

LIMITED SPACES - GET YOUR TICKET** NOW!

What to expect: All participants will be welcomed into a thoughtfully curated experience designed to nourish, inspire, and energize. Enjoy the UMass Club's panoramic view of Boston from the 32nd floor as you begin your day with a warm continental breakfast and connect with a dynamic community of leaders, visionaries, and changemakers.

You will be moved and motivated by a powerful keynote from Dr. Adjoa Asamoah—renowned policy architect and equity strategist—whose work at the highest levels of government, including advising Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden, has helped shape national conversations on justice and equity.

Midday, we gather for a special luncheon you won’t want to miss—the official launch of a groundbreaking new report on women and gender-expansive grassroots leaders of color in Greater Boston. This powerful collaboration between the Boston Women’s Fund, CWPPP, and an independent consultant brings forward critical insights, lived experiences, and urgent calls to action that will shape the future of leadership and investment in our communities.

Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to engage in dynamic concurrent sessions designed to meet this moment and move our work forward, including:

  • Political Representation & Strategy – building pathways to power and influencing policy at every level

  • Movement Building & Nonprofit Leadership – navigating challenges, sustaining organizations, and scaling impact

  • Community, Self-Care & Leadership Sustainability – centering healing, wellness, and practices that sustain us for the long haul

  • Action Planning – translating vision into concrete next steps for collective impact

And because we believe in sustaining the leaders who sustain our communities, you are invited to step into our Healing Room — a restorative sanctuary offering yoga, chair massage, reiki, and other wellness practices designed to help you breathe, reset, and be held.

This is more than a convening—it is a space to be fueled, affirmed, and activated. A space where strategy meets soul, where truth meets action, and where community becomes power.

Come join us. You deserve to be in this room.
