Haggerty presents citations to Reading and Woburn DECA Clubs

BOSTON – Representative Richard Haggerty (D-Woburn) welcomed Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA) students from Reading Memorial High School and Woburn Memorial High School to the State House during DECA Day on the Hill, presenting citations to the students and their advisors. Haggerty met with the group after the DECA event for an informal discussion about various bills before the House, the legislative process and the daily workings of the State House. DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management in high schools and colleges around the globe.
