We’re Hiring Our Next Executive Director!

As announced earlier this month, our Executive Director, Karen Chen, will transition out of her role at the end of November. Read the full announcement here. In light of this, CPA is seeking our next Executive Director to lead our dynamic team of staff and continue our grassroots organizing work.

 

Our next Executive Director will provide direction and support to CPA’s overall work, supervise the Lead Organizer, Office, Finance and Operations Manager and relevant staff members, provide overall management of the office, and serve as liaison to the Steering Committee. The ideal candidate will share a commitment to CPA’s mission of full equality and grassroots empowerment, and have experience in organizing, supervision, and management.
