Dear Health Care Advocates,
The Senate is racing ahead with their 'Big, Beautiful Bill', which includes the largest cuts to Medicaid in the program's history, as well as significant rollbacks to the Affordable Care Act. The proposed cuts would rip away health care coverage from hundreds of thousands of people in Massachusetts who rely on it for life-saving treatment and medications, in order to pay for huge tax breaks for the wealthy
We may see the text for the Senate's proposed bill as early as Monday evening, so we have the chance to stop these cuts if we act now.
Please join HCFA and SEIU as we continue to call constituents in key states and ask them to tell their Senators to oppose any cuts to health care.
