Moulton Statement on the Federal Corruption Charges Against Sen. Bob Menendez

WASHINGTON, DC — Congressman Moulton issued the following statement in response to the Department of Justice's corruption charges filed against Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ):

"The charges against Senator Menendez are serious and exhaustive.

"There is no place in Congress or in the Democratic party for those who are willing to sell out our country and put personal profits over the people they represent.

"Bob Menendez needs to resign — New Jersey deserves better."
