InstaTrac, Inc., the premiere legislative tracking & information firm in Massachusetts, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our small, dynamic team.

InstaTrac is used by more than 275 organizations in the government relations field, including all of the state's top 20 lobbying firms. We assist lobbyists, unions, state agencies, universities, and corporate clients in meeting their goals on Beacon Hill. Founded in 1994 by President Michael Segal, we provide the most timely and accurate legislative information for our subscribers.

The Administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible for management of our lists internally, in Hubspot, and in Constant Contact, as well as other projects as needed. Additionally, the Assistant will attend to any tasks directly assigned by the President, including rudimentary data analysis, updates to spreadsheets and databases, and other data entry tasks. A commitment of 10-15 hours per week is expected.

Data entry experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office required; familiarity with CSM products is preferred. This position is fully remote and allows for flexible work outside of our regular operating hours.

We retain an office in downtown Boston, but our operations are currently remote. Communication is primarily conducted via email, Zoom and Slack. Interviews and onboarding will be conducted digitally.
