InstaTrac, Inc., the premiere legislative tracking & information firm in Massachusetts, is seeking a full-time Legislative & Committee Coordinator to join our small, dynamic team.

InstaTrac is used by more than 275 organizations in the government relations field, including all of the state's top 20 lobbying firms. We assist lobbyists, unions, state agencies, universities, and corporate clients in meeting their goals on Beacon Hill. Founded in 1994 by President Michael Segal, we provide the most timely and accurate legislative information for our subscribers.

The position of Legislative & Committee Coordinator is critical for our operations, and will be responsible for for both managing and developing a vision for the future of our content. The Coordinator will be overseeing our co-ops and coordinating our coverage and data during the critical legislative committee process. The Coordinator is also our de facto social media chief, will assist with marketing, is in charge of maintaining and updating legislator and staff information, and is responsible for other projects, as necessary.

A bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of work experience in an office setting (including at co-ops) is required. Social media, communications, and administrative experience is preferred, as well as political or government experience, particularly with the legislature. We are happy to train anyone with interest in entering our niche industry.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. We provide fully-paid health insurance, dental, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and a 401(k).

We retain an office in downtown Boston, but our operations have moved remote. Communication is primarily conducted via email, Zoom and Slack. Interviews and onboarding will be conducted digitally.
