The Fight Over Liquor Laws

Massachusetts is one of the more difficult places to do business in when the subject is related to liquor licenses. Time Magazine recently labeled the Commonwealth as one of the “three worst states in America for drinking” – although some people might see that as an asset – noting, among other things, that the Commonwealth had banned “happy hours” and doesn’t accept out-of-state driver’s licenses even though colleges and universities are one of the life-bloods of our economy.
